Mandatory Pre-RFP Conference:

A mandatory Pre-RFP Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to review the Project's existing conditions at 121 Palomino Drive, Big Bear City, CA 92314. Bids will not be accepted from any bidder who did not attend the mandatory Pre-RFP Conference.

Deadline for Questions:

Questions that are material to the proposal process and received by Friday, April 24, 2026, before 2:00 p.m. will be answered in an addendum, which will be posted below and distributed to proposers who attended the mandatory Pre-RFP Conference.

Project Description:

The Big Bear Area Regional Wastewater Agency is accepting sealed proposals for On-Call Electrical Services for Wastewater Treatment Facilities. Services to be performed include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, tasks and incidental and customary work necessary to competently perform on-call electrical services at various Agency facilities. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, the layout, installation, replacement, wiring, connection, testing, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, services, and components that provide power, lighting, alarms, controls, and related functions. This may include general wiring, outlets, switches, alarms, lighting, motor controls, breakers, switchgear, equipment installation and replacement, control panels, solar power systems, testing, arc flash labeling and studies, troubleshooting, and any other electrical services necessary to ensure safe, reliable, and properly maintained electrical systems supporting the Agency’s operations, facilities, capital improvement projects, equipment, and infrastructure.
