• 6.B. Project Report: staff update on project progress
• 10.C. Funding and Financing Plan: review of financing options including the WIFIA loan, grants, and potential future bonds/loans
• 10.D. Surplus Land Act Resolution: Board consideration of a resolution under the Surplus Land Act
• 10.E. NHA Advisors Agreement Amendment: Amendment to NHA Advisors' scope to support the WIFIA loan and the funding and financing plan for Phase II
• 10.F. Tom Dodson & Associates Agreement Amendment: Amendment for continued environmental services related to the project, including an addendum to the Program Environmental Impact Report for the Greenspot site
