Boardroom A/V Upgrade Project
The Big Bear Area Regional Wastewater Agency is currently requesting informal proposals for its Boardroom A/V Upgrade Project from qualified firms up to but not later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 5, 2023. This is not a public bid opening.
The Agency currently has a dated A/V system and needs to be brought into compliance. Issues include sound quality and constant feedback. The current system will be replaced with an entry-level upgrade which will include critical system components and cabling infrastructure. Reuse of existing equipment is a priority. The contractor will provide A/V design, systems engineering, fabrication, installation, programming, training, and documentation.
All interested contractors shall review the Short Form Construction Contract for terms and conditions.
