A. Chair Cortez welcomed Mrs. Patricia Miller to the BBARWA Governing Board and wished her a productive and enjoyable term of office.
B. Chair Cortez presented Mr. Joe Passalacqua Jr. with a Grade 1, Wastewater
Treatment Certificate from the State of California.
C. Mr. Joe Hanford, on behalf of the employees of BBARWA presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the Governing Board to express gratitude for the Boards time and commitment.
